Our Planning Process
Phase 1 : Planning
We will start with 3 key things:
01. Budget analysis
02. Venue selection
03. Vendor selection
In this initial planning phase we want to make sure we tackle 90% of your key vendors before moving on to phase two. Key vendors include venue, caterer, photographer, cinematographer, band/DJ, officiant, cake baker and transportation.
Phase 2 : Design
Once we’ve established the majority of your dream team, we move on to the pretty – the design phase of planning is centered around the things that are aesthetic pleasing. In the design phase, we’re booking things like: luxury rental companies, up-lighting, staging, draping, stationary and paper goods, rentals, etc..
We then create a Design Guide that lists all the details we’ve chosen, which acts as a playbook for the wedding.
Phase 3 : Coordination
This is where it all starts to come together! The timeline is crafted, vendors are contacted and the pieces of the puzzle begin to create one beautiful spread! We work closely with the venue to establish a timeline that works with the contract and hours we’re allotted. Then we contact the caterer, photographer and cinematographer and ensure we’ve got an optimal timeline for each vendor. As a planner, our role is to facilitate all the moving parts of your wedding day; coordination helps do just that!

Planner
This package is a great fit if you know you will need guidance from start to finish during your planning process. This includes a helpful budget breakdown, design consultation, customized vendor recommendations, timeline/layout creation, and vendor meetings. While you will still make most of the actual selections, Charleston Native Events will be there with suggestions and recommendations every step of the way.

Planner
This is when you need a little more help bringing those final decisions together as your big day approaches. This package includes vendor referrals, a venue walk-through, and rental order consultation to help bring your vision to life. With this package you receive everything included in “Month of Coordination".

Month of
Coordinator
This is for the bride who knows what
she wants. You know your budget and you’ve chosen your vendors. All you
need is someone to fulfill your vision.
This package includes creating a timeline & layout, conducting your wedding rehearsal, checking in/out all vendors, setting up personal items, ensuring timelines are followed, and breakdown
at the end of the night. This package ensures that a professional will be handling the details and decisions on your wedding day.
